Champions League draw gives two monster matchups

Boy oh boy do we have a treat in store.  A pair of matchups worthy of The Final were drawn in the Champions League knockout round of 16!  That means two of the "big boys" will be going out early.

Paris St Germain have been drawn against Real Madrid while Chelsea will face off against Barcelona. Wow!  PSG and Real Madrid might just have been the two favorites in fact. One will be out of the competition altogether!  Chelsea should be the favorite against Barcelona but we all know the capabilities of a Barca squad with Lionel Messi running around.

The other big matchup in my opinion if Juventus being drawn against Tottenham.  Both sides have higher ambitions than a round of 16 exit. Can the dynamic Spurs offense of Harry Kane, Dele Alli and Erickson find a way to breakdown the vaunted Juve defense?

The rest of the English sides got nice draws as Liverpool gets Porto while Manchester United get Sevilla and Manchester City face Basel.  All three should find little difficulty advancing.

The only other drama will be seeing if any of the underdogs can pull off a major upset.  Doubtful but you just never know at this level.  Can Shakhtar Donetsk trouble Roma or can Besiktas shock Bayern Munich?
